How does pickup and delivery work?
Add the services to the cart, click Order via WhatsApp, and we arrange pickup and delivery at the time that works for you. We take care of the laundry and bring it back home.
Yes, up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup. Just send us a WhatsApp message to let us know.

What is the service area?
All of Greater Lisbon: Lisbon, Odivelas, Loures, Cascais, Oeiras, Sintra, Amadora, Vila Franca de Xira and surrounding areas. For other zones, we can send a custom proposal.
What are your pickup hours?
Pickup and delivery 24/7. Night and weekend requests may carry a small extra fee — we confirm on WhatsApp before proceeding.
Do you pick up at hotels?
Yes, often. Just give us the hotel name and room number. For larger groups or regular partnerships, see Hotels & Erasmus.

Prices and how to pay
Is there a minimum order?
Free pickup & delivery on orders from € 27.50. Below that, a small flat fee applies. For Express wash and fold, minimum 5 kg.
How can I pay?
MB Way, Revolut, N26, PayPal, bank transfer or cash. You only pay after we confirm the item list and final amount — before delivery.
Is the cart price final?
It's a very close estimate. For laundry by the kg, we weigh at pickup and confirm the real weight. For dry cleaning, we confirm each piece when we receive it.

Turnaround and accepted items
How long does it take?
Laundry and ironing: 24–48h. Dry cleaning: 48–72h. Express from 3h30 to 24h (priority service with added fee).
What types of laundry can I send?
Any kind: shirts, pants, dresses, coats, underwear, socks, towels, bed sheets, duvets, rugs and leather pieces. For very special items (wedding, vintage), we discuss first.
Do you handle delicate pieces like wedding dresses?
Yes. Wedding dresses from € 55 (price depending on complexity — embroidery, train, fabric). We confirm the price after seeing photos on WhatsApp.

What if I'm not happy with the result?
If you're not satisfied with the result, we redo the service free of charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.
What if an item is damaged?
We're careful. In the rare case of damage, we take responsibility according to our general terms. We'll talk with you to make it right.
