How does the pickup and delivery service work?
Our service is very simple: contact us through WhatsApp, we schedule pickup at your preferred location and time, and we deliver clean and ironed clothes the next day or as agreed.
What is the coverage area?
We cover Lisbon, Odivelas, Loures, Cascais, Oeiras, Sintra, Amadora, Vila Franca de Xira and surrounding areas. For other areas, contact us to check availability.
What are the pickup hours?
Pickup is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For special hours or weekends, contact us to check availability.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, card, MB WAY, PayPal, Revolut and N26. Payment is made at pickup (deposit) and at delivery (remaining amount).
How long does the service take?
The normal deadline is 2-3 business days. We also offer express services of 3h30,6h, 12h and 24h for those who need urgency.
